Refund Policy

At Bajarbhaw, we operate as a digital marketplace and service platform connecting buyers and vendors. As we do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products directly, there are no refunds applicable for any transactions made through the platform.

1. Subscription Fees

All payments made towards subscriptions, listings, promotions, or service packages on Bajarbhaw are non-refundable.
Once a subscription or service has been purchased, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, including partial usage, cancellation, or dissatisfaction.

2. Third-Party Transactions

Any transactions or payments made directly between buyers and vendors are outside the control of Bajarbhaw. We do not handle refunds, returns, or disputes arising from such dealings.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases of technical errors or duplicate payments, and solely at Bajarbhaw’s discretion.
In such cases, users must email office@bajarbhaw.com within 7 days of the transaction, along with valid proof of payment.

4. Acceptance

By using Bajarbhaw’s services and completing any payment, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
